About

Built in the UK, for regulated conversations.

CallGuard AI is call QA and compliance scoring software, built and hosted in the UK. We exist because most compliance teams can only review a tiny sample of their calls, and regulators stopped accepting that years ago.

The 5% sample was never the plan.

Every compliance team we spoke to had the same shape of problem: a senior reviewer spending an hour per file, a sample rate in single digits, and a regulator (post-Consumer Duty, under PECR and CONC) asking for systematic evidence of good outcomes. Sampling was a limit imposed by human capacity, not a policy anyone chose. Large language models removed the limit, so we built the product around what compliance teams actually need to produce: a verdict on every criterion of every call, backed by the exact quote that proved it.

Evidence-first AI

An AI verdict without evidence is an opinion. Every pass and every fail CallGuard AI produces carries a direct transcript quote, because that is what an auditor, a regulator or a complaints handler will ask to see.

Your interpretation, not ours

Firms interpret "suitable" and "fair value" differently, and they are allowed to. CallGuard AI learns from your compliance officer's corrections and your exemplar calls, so the scoring converges on your firm's bar rather than a generic baseline.

Privacy by design

Personal data is redacted at the transcription layer before it reaches any language model or storage. Audio is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, data is hosted in the UK, and our DPA and sub-processor list are published, not available on request.

Honestly priced

No 90-day pilots, no solution architects, no quote you have to sit through three calls to hear. All three plan prices are published — £199, £299 and £399 per seat, per month — and you can be scoring your own calls the day you onboard.

Four sectors, one compliance engine.

CallGuard AI scores calls for FCA-regulated advice firms, contact centres and BPOs, debt collections teams and outbound sales operations. The regulatory vocabulary differs (Consumer Duty, CONC, PECR, TPS) but the job is the same: evidence what happened on 100% of calls, and catch the breach before it becomes a complaint.
